You may or may not have heard of her. I first saw her on Housewives of NYC and really liked her. She recently got married and had a baby girl named Bryn. She also has done one season of a show focused on her and her new life called: Bethenny Getting Married? and now is doing Bethenny Ever After I love this show and I think it has wide appeal. She is funny and very likable.
She has various books published as well as DVDs. I love her and think you will too!
She seems down to earth, fun and real. I enjoy watching her on Housewives of NYC or Bethenny Getting Married.

I am reading this book right now. The book is not about dieting it is about adopting a new healthier mindset around food. I love it! You can see Bethenny's humor in the book. She talks about being an assistant for Kathy Hilton, mother of Nicky and Paris Hilton and how she noticed that Paris has that skinny girl mindset.
This book really will help you to think differently and I highly recommend it. I bought it and another book of hers with recipes with a goal in mind of being a healthier me.
